Our Commitment to Quality at 4 U, every bundle, weft, and Seamless Crown is selected, inspected, and packaged with the highest standards of luxury, hygiene, and performance. Because our products are considered intimate goods, we maintain strict quality‑control policies to ensure every client receives hair in pristine, untouched condition.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that: • The product is unused, unworn, and unaltered • The original packaging is fully intact • The security seal is unbroken • The hair has not been removed from its bundle, brushed, installed, cut, toned, or manipulated in any way Once the seal is opened, the product becomes final sale and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale: • Opened or unsealed hair extensions • Worn, installed, or altered products • Customized, toned, colored, or cut hair • Seamless Crowns tried on without a protective barrier • Clearance or promotional items These policies ensure every client receives hair that is new, untouched, and uncompromised.
Exchanges
We understand that selecting the perfect shade or length online can be challenging. We offer exchanges for: • Color mismatches • Length adjustments • Texture preference All exchange requests must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
Store Credit & Refunds
Approved returns may be issued as: • Store Credit (preferred method) • Refund to the original payment method (Shipping fees are non‑refundable.) Store credit allows you to confidently find your perfect match within our collection.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable. Items must be shipped back within 5 days of approval. A trackable shipping method is strongly recommended.
